NASA RECEIPT POLICY

For Federal Tax Credit information visit the Canada Revenue Agency website: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/fitness/

1)     Online payment – registrations that are paid via credit card - the NASA ITSportsnet site issues receipts,

2)     Payment by Cheque(s) – cancelled cheque(s) to NASA is sufficient proof of payment,  

3)     Payment by Cash – the last page of the registration form - the parent copy – will be proof of payment.      

The onus is on each member to keep receipts for tax purposes for each tax year. 

NASA REFUND POLICY

A 50% refund of registration fees will apply only for a withdrawal of a player before December 31, 2008.  No refunds will be given after January 1, 2009.
