You will be able to access the registration screen and print off additional copies anytime, until the next hockey season registration process begins.

Registration Questions:
I AM TRYING TO REGISTER BUT IT KEEPS ASKING ME FOR A HOCKEY CANADA ID #.
If you have played hockey in Canada before you should already be in the database. Most likely some of the information you are entering (name & date of birth) is slightly different from what is in the database, so the system is trying to determine who you are.
Please send an email to the Registrar at registrar@hockey.psasports.ca along with name and date of birth (DOB) so we can determine what the problem is.
I DON’T HAVE INTERNET EXPLORER 8, HOW CAN I REGISTER?
Hockey Canada runs on IE8, but recommends you have IE7. You may get a performance warning message if you are using IE5 or IE6, but you should still be successful in the registration process. Additionally, the Calgary Public Library has computers for the public to use if you don’t have the right requirements at home.
I GET A MESSAGE SAYING I AM REGISTERED AS PART OF ANOTHER ASSOCIATION EVEN THOUGH I PLAYED with PSA/NASA LAST YEAR.
Some records in the database were not updated correctly when we converted over to the new system. Send the registrar an email (with your Name & DOB) and we’ll initiate a transfer record from the “old” association.
If you did play for another association last year then you need to send the registrar an email registrar@hockey.psasports.ca (with your Name & DOB) so we can transfer your record before you can register. Proof of address change such as a utility or phone bill will be required.
I GET A MESSAGE THAT MY NAME & HOCKEY ID# DO NOT MATCH.
Send the registrar an email with your Name & DOB. registrar@hockey.psasports.ca. There is likely an error on your record (name misspelled or DOB typed in wrong).
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY REGISTRATION INFORMATION, HOW CAN I FIX IT?
Once your registration is complete online, you cannot go back in to correct. Send an email request to the Registrar along with the correct information and we will make the correction from our end. registrar@hockey.psasports.ca.
I NEED A RECEIPT FOR MY COMPLETED REGISTRATION.
A receipt will be available to you from the HCR site. You can also go back into your online registration account. Your name(s) will appear on the first screen after logging in, with a “RECEIPT” button beside it. Click there and print your receipt.
